Veeco Instruments GmbH has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer focused on our Deposition and Etch systems and components for the optical market in Europe. We are seeking a focused and motivated self-starter to be responsible for technical advice and sales to multiple applications in a high end market.
Responsibilities
Continue to develop a growing business that has been successful for more than 10 years
Sales responsibility and strategic forecasting to manage Representatives and Key Account
Customers
Provide technical information to Representatives and Customers
Marketing activities and attending Exhibitions, Workshops and Conferences
Manage team work with USA Factory, local organisation and Representatives
Self-contained work from start of customer request through quotation and order
Qualifications
The successful candidate ideally possesses knowledge in Sales of products which require a substantial amount of explanatory support. A university degree in engineering with knowledge in Physics and Optics preferred. Business fluent English communication skills required. Ability and willingness to travel.
